At Stargazer Hotel, we’ve made your stay refreshingly easy. From seamless digital check-in to 24/7 support by phone or text, everything is designed for comfort, privacy, and convenience. Arrive at your own pace, settle in effortlessly, and enjoy a peaceful stay under the Nevada skies.

What You Need to Know

  • Fully Contactless Service

    At Stargazer Hotel, we operate with a completely contactless model. You’ll never have to wait at a front desk just text or call us anytime. Our team is available 24/7 to help, but always respects your space.

  • Digital Registration

    After you book, we’ll send you a text message with a secure link. Complete the registration form, upload a photo ID, and submit in just a couple of minutes. Once done, we’ll send you your room number and the code for your door’s keypad lock.

  • Smooth Arrival

    On your check-in day (after 3:00 PM), you’ll automatically get your room number and door code as long as registration is complete. This lets you walk in and get settled no waiting, no counters.

  • Last-Minute Bookings Welcome

    Even if you make a reservation at the last minute, the process stays the same. Just finish your digital registration before arriving, and you’ll get your room details instantly.

  • Digital Guidebook

    We’ll also send a digital guidebook via SMS. It’s packed with local suggestions places to eat, nearby attractions, hidden gems and it even doubles as a reference for your door code.

    We’re always here, but never in your way. Whether you need help or want privacy, reaching us by phone or text is easy yet there’s no physical front desk to interrupt your stay.

  • Check-In Process
    1. After booking, complete your registration through the link we send. You’ll confirm your details and show your ID.
    2. You’ll also receive a link to our digital guidebook.
    3. On arrival day, once registration is done, you’ll be texted your room number and keypad code.
    4. Feel free to arrive any time from 3:00 PM onward no lines, no waiting.
  • Check-Out
    • When you’re ready to leave, simply close your room door no desk, no fuss:
    • Standard check-out: 11:00 AM
    • Late check-outs (subject to availability):
    • Late check-outs Until 12:00 PM – $25
    • Late check-outs Until 1:00 PM – $50

    We’ve stocked your room with most essentials. If something’s missing, we know where to find it just ask.

Policies & House Rules

  • Cancellations, Changes & No-Shows
    • Cancel or modify up to 7 days before check-in (by 3:00 PM) for a full refund.
    • Within 7 days of arrival or for no-shows: first night’s rate + tax applies.
    • Early departures: full amount of the reservation is charged.
    • (If your property has seasonal or special-room policies, you can detail stricter terms here.)
  • Guest Limits & Visitors
    • Each room has a maximum guest capacity please don’t exceed it.
    • Only registered guests are allowed in guest rooms.
    • The person making the booking must be 21 years or older, or accompanied by someone who is.
  • Pets
    • We have a limited number of pet-friendly rooms please mention your pet when booking.
    • Pet fee: $30/day (up to two pets).
    • Unregistered pets: $250 penalty.
    • You’re responsible for any pet-related damage or mess.
  • Smoking
    • We are entirely non-smoking (rooms, corridors & outdoor public areas).
    • Violation fee: $250 minimum.
  • Quiet Hours

    We observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM to ensure a relaxing stay for everyone.

  • Parking
    • Parking is available but limited.
    • Let us know in advance if you’re bringing more than one vehicle or a large vehicle (van/trailer), and we’ll do our best to help.
  • Damage & Liability
    • Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
    • We may hold credit card details to cover extra cleaning, repair costs, or missing items.
    • If damage comes to light after check-out, we reserve the right to charge your card accordingly.
  • Lost Property
    • We’re not liable for lost, stolen, or misplaced items.
    • If you leave something behind, message us we’ll do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee recovery.
  • Right to Refuse or Terminate Service

    Stargazer Hotel reserves the right to refuse or remove guests who don’t follow house rules, damage property, or act in a way that disrupts others.
