Stargazer Hotel, your health and peace of mind are our top priority. We have instituted a series of enhanced cleaning and sanitation measures across our property all in alignment with industry best practices to ensure a safe, welcoming, and hygienic environment for every guest and team member.

Our Commitment to Cleanliness
All of our staff are trained in universal precaution methods, giving them the tools and knowledge to maintain safe and sanitary operations.
Our housekeeping team uses personal protective equipment (PPE) including disposable gloves at all times. Gloves are changed frequently to minimize cross-contamination.
We sanitize and inspect our housekeeping carts and service equipment at the start of each shift.

Enhanced Room Sanitization
To make sure your room is as clean as possible, we focus on high-touch areas and routinely disinfect:
- Door frames, jams, and the sides of door handles
- Light switches, power outlets, and charging stations
- Remote controls, TV buttons, and phone handsets
- Headboards, bedside tables, and chair frames
- Bathroom fixtures such as showerheads, faucet handles, and valve stems
- Hair dryers, their cords, and plugs

Common Areas & Shared Spaces
Beyond guest rooms, we also maintain rigorous cleaning protocols in all shared and public areas:
- Frequent disinfection of surfaces in the lobby, hallways, and elevators
- Regular cleaning and sanitizing of bell carts, luggage trolleys, and their handles
- Sanitizing of shared machines like vending machines, laundry units (including change dispensers and surfaces), and public seating

Additional Safety Measures
We use EPA‐approved disinfectants that meet recommended safety standards.
Hand sanitizer stations are placed throughout the property, especially at entrances and high-traffic areas.
Our team practices physical distancing, and we have clear signage to remind everyone of hygiene norms.
To reduce physical contact, we encourage contactless services wherever possible.

When Guests Need Service
If you’d like room cleaning during your stay, let us know we offer housekeeping on request to minimize unnecessary visits.
For linen or towel changes, simply send us a request and we’ll deliver the fresh items to your door in sealed packaging, keeping your safety in focus.

In Case of Illness
If a guest in a room is suspected or confirmed to have an infectious illness, that room is removed from service immediately.
After the room is vacated, we deep-clean using enhanced protocols with specialized disinfectants.
Once cleaning is complete, the room is left vacant and undergoes a final sanitation check before being made available to other guests.

Our housekeeping and operations teams receive continuous training on hygiene best practices, PPE usage, and proper disinfection methods.
